This five-story, 45-unit community offers thoughtfully designed studio and one-bedroom apartments. A welcoming rooftop space provides fresh air, views, and opportunities for residents to gather. The ground level includes dedicated treatment rooms and a recreation gym, enhancing health and wellness. Special consideration is given to veterans and older residents who may require additional care. Onsite nurse services and support staff are planned to provide day and night assistance. The building includes laundry facilities and convenient amenities for daily living. An onsite manager and professional team will ensure comfort, safety, and responsive service. Designed with care, the building emphasizes quality, accessibility, and community spirit. Its goal is to create a secure, supportive environment for those most in need.
